Link Sent Campaigns to Daylite

Tut uns leid, dieser Hilfe-Artikel ist zurzeit nicht in Deutsch verfügbar. Wenn Sie möchten, können Sie eine Übersetzung von Google versuchen.

Direct Mail can link sent campaigns to your contacts in Daylite. This means that when an email campaign is sent in Direct Mail (including autoresponder campaigns), a new note is created in Daylite and linked to the contacts in Daylite that received the campaign. The notes appear in your Daylite activity view and contain a link back to the campaign report in Direct Mail.

Enable Linking

  1. Open your project in Direct Mail
  2. Navigate to the Integrations tab
  3. Select "Daylite" in the list of integrations
  4. Click the Enable Linking button
  5. Optionally click the Category button to select a Daylite category to assign to the notes

How Linking Works

When an email campaign is sent and Daylite linking is enabled, Direct Mail records the email addresses of all the recipients. In the background, it communicates with Daylite to look up people or companies that have a matching email address. If a match is found, a Daylite note is created identifying the campaign and it is linked to the person or company.

If Daylite is not running when the campaign is sent, then Direct Mail saves the information and tries again the next time Daylite is launched. If Direct Mail or Daylite is quit before the linking task is finished, the task resumes automatically the next time your project and Daylite are open.

Check Linking Status

You can check to see the progress or status of the linking task:

  1. Navigate to the Integrations tab
  2. Select Daylite from the list of integrations
  3. Look for the status icon and label above the Enable/Disable Linking button.

When you enable linking, only campaigns sent from then on are linked. If you want to link past campaigns, you may do so:

  1. Navigate to the Reports tab
  2. Select the report(s) you want to link to Daylite
  3. Hold down the Control key on your keyboard and click the report(s)
  4. Choose Link To Daylite
